If you wish to cancel your service, you have the right to request a refund without justification within two days.
When a customer purchases a service and is not satisfied, they will have two days to request a cancellation and a full refund.
After two days from the purchase, up to the first seven days, a refund of up to 75% of the amount of the purchase can be made.
In the case of cancellation of a monthly plan, you must notify in writing 15 days before the next monthly renewal to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name, surname, telephone number, and order reference so that you will be canceled from the service at the end of the subscription.
The cancellation period will end after seven days, from the day you contacted the service, being excluded from the renewal of a plan.
To notify us about the cancellation of the Us Pro Design service, you only need to send us an email to email@example.com indicating your name, surname, telephone number, and order reference. Once this is done, we will confirm the data, and the refund will be made through the same means of payment with which you made the transaction.
